Francesco Spinoso, LL.M.
Founder
Founding partner of Studio Tributario Internazionale (2002), Francesco holds an Economics degree from L. Bocconi University (1995) and Master of Laws at Queen Mary and Westfield College, London (1997/1999), and completed the European Tax Training Course III at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in London. Previously a manager at Intertrust Limited in London (1996/1999) and senior manager at Professionisti Associati (members of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu network) (2000/2001), Francesco is a member of the Professional Chartered Accountants Association of Milan (2001) and a Member of the Auditors Association (2008).
Francesco is often a speaker at speciality tax conferences, seminars and university post-graduate courses and is a member of the International Tax Law Committee of the Professional Chartered Accountants Association of Milan.
Francesco’s other previous positions include:
- Professor of International Tax Planning at the Business Administration Faculty, University of Parma (2005/2007).
- Chairman of the International Tax Law Committee of the Professional Chartered Accountants Association of Milan (2005/2008).
- A member of the International Tax Technical Board at L. Bocconi University, Milan.
- The author of several articles in various taxation journals.
- A professor at training courses organised by “Direzione Generale delle Entrate” (Italy’s tax authority).

Carlo Perno, LL.M.

Previously a manager at Intertrust Limited in London (1995/2000) and senior manager at Professionisti Associati (members of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu network) (2000/2001), Carlo is a member of the Professional Chartered Accountants Association of Rome (2004) and Auditors Association (2006). He is also a member of the International Tax Law Committee of the Professional Chartered Accountants Association of Rome.
